ILLUSTRATIVE DESCRIPTION

Sánchez Elia Sepra Arquitectos Office is one of the three surviving company that follows Sánchez Elia Peralta Ramos Agostini office, which was founded in 1936 and owned more than thousand projects with two million square meters built that includes a wide variety of buildings, from housing to banks, factories, hotels, public buildings, schools, universities, newspaper agencies, business buildings, offices, stadiums, urban studies, etc.

Sánchez Elia Sepra Arquitectos Office has been operating as its successor since 1987. Its main staff is formed by professionals who develop their tasks through a systematic methodology of work and with a pragmatic method to face the problems, both to solve the project on its economic and design steps and to organize and manage the work.

This task is mainly defined by ideas of efficiency, accuracy, stylistic pragmatism (the environment influences on the image), intellectual openness to innovative ideas, new materials and new constructive techniques, with a service attitude to the client based on the ethic principles of search for the excellence in design, with a firm commitment to carry out the work and with no-basement on fashion trends in order to make these works go beyond years, considering in the project step the constructive, technical, economic, functional and significant conditions, with a genuine awareness that the architecture works should be considered in the context of an adequate balance between the formal and artistic design exposure and the need that the investment that implies the building of a work will be tightly profitable.
